Terms of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the terms and policies of any third-party platform you connect (including Meta's platform policies). You are responsible for the content you create and publish through the Service.

The Service lets you connect social media accounts (such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts) via each platform's official login. You represent that you are authorized to connect and publish to those accounts. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant OpenMediaPilot the limited right to store, process and publish that content to the accounts you designate, solely to provide the Service.

• Do not publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a connected platform's policies.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Do not misuse the connected platforms' APIs or exceed their rate limits.

The Service relies on third-party platforms (such as Meta) whose availability, features and policies are outside our control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or actions taken by those platforms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenMediaPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your accounts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
